Parker Franklin is a Florida State University student pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Music, a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, a minor in Commercial Entrepreneurship, and a Specialized Studies Certificate in Music Entrepreneurship. Parker is a trained classical saxophonist with skillsets in flute, piccolo, piano, and vocal performance. He loves creating content for his social media platforms, ranging from works for classical saxophone, original compositions for large and chamber ensembles, original pop music, and vocal covers of works from musicals. Parker is also active in his community, working with local arts institutions through the Council on Culture & Arts in Tallahassee, Florida. He aims to obtain employment within the entertainment industry, working for film and television production companies in the music business and technology sectors.
Parker has years of experience performing in Classical Orchestras, as well as experience in pit and studio recording orchestras.
Parker possesses years of experience performing in a variety of band settings, including concert, jazz, and marching bands. Parker is also very active in saxophone quartet settings.
